Tidbits With Randy
It really bothers me how it takes a holiday out of the year, like Thanksgiving, to remind people what they are to be thankful for in their own lives. First of all I was under the impression that it was better to give than receive? When did it become a international holiday of thankfulness to celebrate the moving and killing of the Native American people? Like can people not do this any other time of the year, get together, drink wine, eat defenseless animals, and watch sports, while gratifying themselves, and if you do not feel the same way as most do, well, your just un-American or don’t know what I am missing. Let me tell you what I am not missing...the killing and eating of wild defenseless animals, indulging myself at what I am thankful for at the expense of the less fortunate, the murdering of 1000's of Native American Indians and Spaniards for many years in our nation’s early history, I am not missing much and those who celebrate Thanksgiving are missing the boat on what they are really involved in that progressed into a Commercialized tradition, but don’t get me started on the shopping day after Thanksgiving, you ever wonder really why they call it black Friday?? People really surprise me how foolish and silly they are sometimes, to days majority of folks are still followers not leaders!
WOW what can anyone else do to make sure that USC and Texas play for the college national championship game in the Rose Bowl after New Year’s? I mean why even play the last games, hey Texas A&M is better than we thought, they have the worst defense on paper in passing yet they storm Texas high power passing game and what’s this shut it down, but power’s to be don’t let them miss the boat. Two undefeated teams and in California lets keep it that way, they have known about this and wanted to keep it this way after Miami lost, Virginia Tech can’t win on the road, and Texas escaped Ohio State. On the other side how else better to treat the citizens of California than to have a university from the state represent in the championship game? Let’s face it what else can Notre Dame, Arizona State, UCLA and Saint State have to do to win, have them beat but then the refs want to keep their jobs and everyone wants to see Texas get beat by USC right? Oh well Happy New Year’s to you! Phillip F. up at UT might get a early Christmas present with a bow around it, offensive coordinator from Kansas State??
Models shoot there everywhere! I mean just like singing American idol, now everybody wants to be a model, whether it’s your own home page with a swipe of a credit card you can become a member and help me pay my sorry way through school, or I am a stay at home mom raising the kids but when daddy’s away I play o my web-cam...these are the more extreme cases though, but I mean look everyone wants to be a star. Whether it be music, modeling, or comedy. Whatever to just wanting to be a good roll model for kids? That is my point in the most related case a Florida woman 25 year old school teacher having sex with a 14 year old gets house arrest on a plea bargain, then you got little other young school teacher in Georgia who is currently in jail awaiting trial married to a 15 year old. What this makes me sick. If it was men they would be shot or under the jail. Don’t think women are predators now days, think again! As to the modeling if you want to do this form of PROSTITUTION that’s right I said it, it is our freedom our right to view you for pleasure as long as you keep posting your photos and modeling. I overheard an interesting debate about this on the road recently I only listened very interesting what each person view was on the subject.. Well, that’s it for now. It is so good to be back, for those who missed reading all my crazy thoughtful posts as some said and to those who enjoyed them. You have an opinion and I respect that just as long as you know I have one also. Either way God Bless you and thanks for reading.

WELL, WHAT CAN ONE SAY? AS I WAS IN NASHVILLE THIS PAST MONDAY I RAN INTO A VERY FAMILIAR CHATTANOOGAN, MISS CHRISTA CUMMINGS. WE WERE AT THE BLUE BIRD CAFE AND SHE WAS GOING TO SING WITHOUT MUSIC JUST HER AND HER VOICE, SHE KEPT ASKING ME TO PLAY FOR HER LIKE BACK IN THE GOOD OLE DAYS WHEN MY FENDER WOULD LIGHT UP THE STAGE BEHIND HER POWERFUL VOICE, ON THIS NIGHT IT WAS JUST NOT MEANT TO BE, YOU HAVE TO LAUGH ABOUT IT AND LET YOUR FRIENDS HAVE THEIR MOMENTS...SO WITH THAT CHRISTA SANG HER TWO SONGS WITHOUT MUSIC AND I STOOD UP THERE ON STAGE AND WAS ROOTING HER ON. SHE DID A WONDERFUL JOB. HOPE YOU GET BACK THERE TO PERFORM SOON. SO I WENT OUT ON THE WAY BACK TO CHATTANOOGA AND BOUGHT A FENDER GUITAR AND IT NEVER SOUNDED SO GOOD EVERYONE WAS LIKE WHY DID YOU EVER GET RID OF YOUR OLD ONE IN THE FIRST PLACE, WELL GOOD OLE GIRL MADE IT BACK HOME TO ME THAT'S A GOOD SONG TITLE BETTER GO WRITE IT DOWN AND COME UP WITH SOME COOL CHORDS.

A friend of mine's car is in the shop getting all kinds of repairs done, so in the meantime they have called on me on my off day to be their taxi. So after watching the Star Wars Movie Eposide III on rental from Block Buster, we decided to head out to grab a bite to eat at Cracker Barrel Yumm! and then she was like can we please head over to American Thrift Store I need to shop for some deals on clothes for her two boys. So of course I took her and while there I headed over to the tape section, I don't know about you but more and more I find myself bying used tapes and the reason for one when you play them in your car the streets and roads in Hamiltion COunty and Chattanooga are so rough even in a 4 wheel drive SUV CDs skip no matter what brand of player you use. Tapes do-not yes they do wear everytime you play them, but for $.39 cents I found Paula Abdoul's first Album with those two very cool tunes, "Straight Up", and "Cold Hearted Snake". It sounds like it is brand new! We also drive the feew extra miles cause I mean GRumpy's is a very cool place to shop for ventage music. Vetage clothes are suppose to be in style for women well I shop for music ventage deals and you can find them at Grumpy's. Sometimes at Thrift Stores. Pawn shops are also a good place to get tapes of older bands. MY parents idea of classics is The Rolling Stones, Elvis, Beatles, you know crap, my generation well to me I just can't get enough of what they call hair metal, if you never saw Cinderalla or White Lion live damn you missed some great musicians and all the bands from the 70's & 80's you know before the Newvana crap! Thats a whole other story. Back to our trip to American thrift store one thing that is missing in education these days is that chldren do not like to be calm and tke the time to read. I mean what is up with all this damn speed reading and audio books??? People say that we are no longer a passive society what do you call having someone read to you over a audio book that is just plain inescusiable and plain lazy! SO, we need to stop funding atheletics in school and get back to what teachers are paid for to teach academics and I am sure the core required teachers would agree. With this statement and point I was shocked to find a complete collection of US history books 16 volume in excellent condition set at American Thrift Store, of course I purchased it for my nice and newfues and I do hope that they appreciate getting a knowledge of our history by setting down taking a deep breath and relaxing to take a moment a read the old fashion way whever your favorite spot place may be. I iss the good old days. Now I was reading time a magazine I purchased there also and their speaking about people putting micro neuro chips under their skin for identify/tracking pruposes what is this stupid world coming to. Maybe I will build me a light sabor I mean if they can build neuro chips into your body why not and it will protect me when they try yeah baby! Anyway lots of people just don't get me point is go and shop and the American Thrift Store, Grumpy's if you want to find some great deals and I surrived another day out with a friend shopping.
